升降貨梯支桿帶載不能提升的原因

1、升降貨梯http://www.jntr168.com/液壓泵站嚴(yán)重?fù)p壞。在低速運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)泵站泄漏嚴(yán)重，高速運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)，泵內(nèi)壓力稍有提高，但由于泵的磨損及內(nèi)泄，容積效率顯著下降，很難達(dá)到額定壓力。液壓泵長時(shí)間 工作又加劇了磨損，油溫升高，由此造成升降臺液壓元件磨損及密封件的老化、損壞，喪失密封作用，液壓油變質(zhì)，最后導(dǎo)致故障發(fā)生。

2、升降貨梯液壓元件選型不合理，動臂油缸規(guī)格為70/40非標(biāo)準(zhǔn)系列，密封件亦為非標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件，制造成本高且密封件更換不便，動臂油缸缸徑小，勢必導(dǎo)致系統(tǒng)調(diào)定壓力過高。

3、升降貨梯http://www.jntr168.com/液壓系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)不合理，升降貨梯操縱閥與全液壓轉(zhuǎn)向器為單泵串聯(lián)，安全閥調(diào)定壓力分16MPa，而液壓泵的額定工作壓力也為16MPa。液壓泵經(jīng)常在滿負(fù)載或長時(shí)間超負(fù)荷(高壓)情況下工作，并且系統(tǒng)有液力沖擊，升降貨梯液壓油長期不換，液壓油受污染，加劇液壓泵磨損，以致液壓泵泵殼損毀。
